We now offer all customers a SLA that's inclued support.

One of our objectives is to create a user-friendly and intuitive modeling tool. We have made  examples, FAQ and movies available on the website as support for the customers. We will next year continue the work to improve the website and improve the availability of support. It will be possible to register support issues on the website, send mail and call us for personal support. So far we have managed our support sporadicly but at the same time as the number of customers continuously increases we have decide to improve the support process.
 
Ongoing agreements have only regulate the right to new releases without any SLA for support. We will therefore offer all customers to upgrade the agreements to the new support and upgrade agreement. The new yearly cost will be 2900 KR per year and license for 2010.
